iWorks
was created as a free public service initiative
sponsored by iJobs because we recognized the tremendous
reservoir of available professional talent not currently
being utilized by industry.
We talk
with employers and jobshoppers all the time. Both
groups share their frustrations with this economy.
Both groups want to get more professional back to work.
And money is not the only issue affecting the lack of
jobs.
True so
many employers are not creating new jobs as much as
workers are being downsized. And true with so much
available talent not being employed many employers can
have their picks regarding staffing for new hire
positions. |
But we wanted to focus on areas where
new jobs could be created and make it easier for those
enterprises to create more new jobs.
That's why we are contacting more
startup businesses, non-profit organizations and
community-based groups. We want to help these
job-creating engines gain greater traction and do what
we can do to help more jobshoppers stay professional
active (even as unpaid volunteers) while they continue
looking for paid jobs in their local job markets.
So. Which do group do you fall
into? Are you an employer? A jobshopper? Or are
you a Guru or Resource Provider? |
